In my sounds and audio devices properties is show 'no audio device'

My Audio devices are as follows:

AMD High Definition Audio Device
Realtek High Definition Audio

In the Device Manger the sounds devices are showing but they have yellow exclamation marks next to them.

Any advice on what I should do ?

Thanks

Is it a desktop or a laptop? Did you try going to the manufacturing support site (HP, Dell, Acer) and downloading the audio drivers?
Try downloading Speccy and then install the program.  To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

Its a Cube247 computer , I think they've gone out of business. Downloaded realtek audio driver. The AMD driver install failed, Maybe because its already installed?

Initial reports on speccy shows you have 3 antiviruses installed. AVG, MSE and Lavasoft. Please use only one and remove the 2 installed protection softwares.

How to remove Lavasoft?

AVG Removal Tool

Did you went here already http://www.asrock.com/mb/ATI/4Core1333-FullHD/?cat=Download&os=XP for your Audio drivers?

I presume that you have already installed the ATI Radeon drivers from this link. If you need to reinstall, use a custom - clean install.

Did you mean the Realtek high definition audio? Did it complete the installation without any error?
