After running Kaspersky and Dr. Web on my infected Lenovo Y560, this problem started.

File: Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc0000098

The windows boot configuration data file doesn't contain a valid os entry.

I have windows 7 64bit Home premium.  I took out the HD from the Laptop and attached it as an external USB drive to another laptop.  Before the problem, this HD had 3 partitions.  These partitions are not showing up on Windows explorer.  But when I go to disk managment, they are all there.  I got EaseUS Partition Recovery.  It also these partitions but as existing i.e. it thinks that they are there and I still can not fix it.

I have tried Rebuiling MBR and other fixes mentioned for this problem on the net, but have not been able to fix it.  I already spend about two weeks trying to fix the problem on my own and can not do it.

Can somebody please help.  HELP!

Thanking you in adavance for all the help you can provide.
