I don't know exactly why it's so slow if it's really WmiPrvNv.exe or not. My problems started a few weeks ago when my computer kept crashing and the messages it gave all seemed to be related to drivers and memory problems I swapped my ram over one slot and it fixed the problem with crashing but after this my computer has been a lot slower than normal. I've also noticed that unplugging my modem WmiPrvNv.exe stopped using up so much cpu power and my pc ran slightly better.

I've read the stickied topic about posting and i've scanned with spybot, malwarebytes, and nod 32.

I'm running xp build 5.1 2600. all my drivers that I know of are up to date and I haven't swapped hardware so I shouldn't have old drivers anywhere.

Looking at RAM usage...your AV, your browser, and Steam are the heavy hitters.

Your egui.exe errors relate to ESET.

Your plugin-container.exe errors relate to your browser.

Your Democracy2.exe errors relate to a torrent website.

<<The database page read from the file "C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\DataStore.edb" at offset 93806592 (0x0000000005976000) for 4096 (0x00001000) bytes failed verification due to a page checksum mismatch.>>

See http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/4840b667-fc62-4fb0-a648-f500b365717a/help-wuauengdll-datastoreedb , seems to corrupt Windows file or files.

The Blue Stacks errors...not sure what their significance is, other than when combined with many of your other errors...they seem to point to a connectivity/Web problem.  When I them all up, I think that you may be infected but I'm not the one to determine such and this is not the forum for that.

Although your Windows install sports an install date going back to Apr 2009...I see no evidence of any critical updates installed....which is what I would consider unusual.

If this were my system...I'd initiate a topic in the Am I Infected Forum.before speculating more.
