I had difficulty accessing my hotmail account - the security code provided by hotmail wasnt being recognised.  After a number of failed attempts, I phone the microsoft hepline.  The technician there accessed my pc remotely and told me that my IP address had been hacked he kindly provided me with the following info in a text document

Trojan csrss.exe found
Network and system are open to different kind of threats
services stopped
junk files found
hotmail is hacked
System has errors

Action Plan;

clean up and optimization of network as well as the system
removal of hackers and trojan along with restriction
securing IP address he offered

Microsoft certified security:

Microsoft ISATAP Adapter:

windows defender
windows firewall
gateway protection
Brute force detection

renewing the same IP address would cost

£ 2500 but if I bought the adapter it would cost only £399.99 for a life time.

Is there any other actions I can take or do I have to pay up?

Someone will be here soon to help with the infections, FREE.

Without the infections, a lot of your other problems may clear up with a phone call at most.

Don't pay yet.
