No there is not a Bleeping Computer android app.

There's not point of having one. If you go to www.bleepingcomputer.com in your Android device. IPboard software on this website will change view of the website to mobile mode that is very likely to application itself.

As Sirawit stated opening and viewing Bleeping Computer in your Android browser works just fine. There are no plans to create a dedicated app at this time.

The mobile portal works fine. So much better than app where we would have bugs and what not to complain about.

And as above user stated,it'd be better if we use portal instead of apps,no bugs that we can complaint on.
