I am looking for a PDF Printer that converts multiple print jobs into one PDF. I want to convert some old digital manuals to PDF. They are in MVB format and the program to view them is Microsoft Multimedia Viewer 2.00. The way this program handles printing the entire book is by sending each individual page to the printer as a separate print job. A lot of these manuals have 50 or 100+ pages. I am looking for a PDF printer that will convert all these print jobs on one PDF. I have tried CutePDF, doPDF and BullZip PDF printer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know of a PDF printer program that will do it, but any PDF editor (i.e. Acrobat or any of the number of Acrobat substitutes...NOT Acrobat Reader) will typically allow you to combine PDFs together...usually pretty easily.
