I was deleting a game my son installed called " a day in Athens " and well I obviously was not paying attention and seen the Atheos (?) file and deleted it as well. I can not connect to the Internet with wireless or ether net. Is there anyway to fix my screw up?

I'm guessing that you deleted your Atheros LAN driver.

What is the make and model of this computer?

Have you tried using Windows' "System Restore" to roll Windows back to a previous state when your computer was functioning correctly? It allows you to undo system changes without affecting your personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos.

You can find the Atheros LAN driver download here.

Under Category you will want to click on Networking: Wireless LAN.

Under Operating System:  Windows 7

You will need to download the proper version for your operating system, 32-bit or 64-bit.

I would suggest that you download the 11 August 2011 version.
