Could I run Skyrim?

I would love to buy Skyrim right now because it is 50% off on the Steam store. My only question is, could I run it? I passed everything besides my CPU. Take a look.

3.7 GB RAM

 

Video Card: 

AMD Radeon HD 7340 Graphics

which has 384 MB

 

Sound Card

Minimum: Yes

AMD High Definition Audio Device

 

Diskspace

344.9 GB

 

 

CPU Speed

Minimum: Dual Core 2.0 GHz or equivalent processor

I currently Have: 1.7 GHz

It said that I could not run it, however in the past I have failed some tests on this website but then the game runs fine anyways. That is why I was coming here to get an actual human being to decide what he/she thought.

In my opinion if you only failed on your CPU you may be able to run it on medium/low graphic settings. I have a laptop with a family chipset nothing fancy just a laptop and it has run Skyrim on low graphic settings.
