I installed an external hard drive on my DELL Inspiron 660. It is recognized by the 660 and I can write and read to it but FILE HISTORY does not recognize it. I went on a Microsoft forum and it appeared to be a common problem with no resolution. One person had two PC’s with the same problem. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
