Hello,

I'm new in this forum, and i would like to know if someone could help me ..

Well , let me explain whats happening here..

Some days ago, my internet was loading every page i opened, and yesterday i tried to open the YOUTUBE and it's so much slow.. it doesn't even load the pictures of the videos.. and in the other websites it's normal.. i can watch videos that someone posts in the facebook, watch movies from programs.. but when i try to open sites with videos, my internet seems to be slow.. i tried to re-install my google chrome, i uninstalled my flash player and installed again, and it's still the same.

i used the cCleaner and the ComboFix, but i dont know what to do now..

I Would like to know if someone could help me fix this error ;/

(I'm sorry for my english, i know it's bad.. i hope someone understand what i'm saying).

Thanks.

Try running malwarebytes http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/ after that try to reset your internet options

You should try to reset your internet options go to -> Control panel -> Internet options -> Security tab -> and press reset zones to default level
