I am thinking about buying a PSP soon. I know the screen is widescreen but if I have a video in 4:3 what will happen? Will it stretch or will it have black bars?

My PSP shows everything in full screen but i have not tried a UMD movie.
I only got it to play games and i also put a few videos on the memory card.

Yeah but the videos on the memory card were they 4:3 aspect? If so how did they show up on the screen in 16:9 or 4:3.
