Can anybody tell me, how to activate administrator account in windows 8?

Open elevated command prompt and type in  net user administrator /active:yes  .

 

To open the elevated command prompt press the Windows key plus the X key.  This will open the Power User Task Menu, scroll down to Command Prompt Admin. and click on it.
