Does anyone know where I can buy or have custom built Laptops with no cameras..... No luck so far.

I need these for a project our company is working on in the Middle East (where they don't allow laptops with cameras on work sites)

If you don't want to buy them with and then put a drill thru the lens then try calling Toshiba Direct at 800-597-4512 and ask them.

Look at the Lenovo Thinkpads and the Toshiba Business models.

No camera is often a business requirement.

Good Luck

Hi Rob -

You can Google several Chinese makers, but not the best idea for a top unit.

Can you just ask the "local company" (or Customs), where you will be working, for their ideas ?

There are a lot of stupid ideas on the web (smash / drill / note from workshop / paint / etc) but these can be enabled later.

They use thousands of laptops there (UAE), so a few phone calls to the locals seems the best idea -

Thanks -

I have a Latitude E6530, and it doesn't have a camera. You could make a research on it or on others models as rotor123 said.

Good luck.

I had another idea .. Do you have any places like Micro Center near you? They may build you some.
