DDS to a flashdrive?

Hello,

 

i was reading preparation guide on malware removal and was wondering if i can download DDS onto a flash and run it through

command prompt?

 

reason: windows wont start.

No, that won't work, but if you can give more details we can find other solutions. :)

 

What version of Windows are you running?

 

What exactly happens when you try to start the computer?

Windows fails to start; i can get to system recovery options using windows repair disk, but not windows.

Could you tell me what (you think) the cause of the problem is? Was the computer infected, where there other problems, did this happen out of the blues? This may help narrow down finding and fixing the problem.
