My dell Inspiron mini 1018 was stolen. We just got it back but won't turn on. It displays enter hdd password. How can I get that free and unlock computer.

If you are the outright owner of the laptop and you can provide proof of purchase Dell will give you the code themselves for no fee.

If you are the owner then I suggest you give Dell customer services a call. Below is a link to Dells support website where you will get a phone number for them.
