Every time I try to install important windows updates they fail. Most of them that fail are the security updates. I downloaded rkill and it says there are no issues. There is a blue and yellow shield beside; install updates. I've heard that the shield is a virus. What can I do to correct this problem? My computer is running very slow and sometimes I can't get online at all. I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thank you, Dawn Robinson

What kind of fail information and the blue and yellow sheild? As "JobeWankanobe" said, you must give us more detail information so that we can help you. Thanks!
