this virus came thru gmail cracker

If...you have malware...and choose to be more patient than you have been thus far...someone in one of our malware forums will attempt to help you.  I will move this topic to the appropriate forum.

 

Generally...formatting with a clean install or restoring an OEM to factory defaults...will eliminate a malware problem.  I have no idea if such will "solve my problem" since you haven't displayed any info indicating just what the problem might be.

 

Gmail hacker appears to me to be a tool used to circumvent security measures employed by a given website.  Such activity is expressly counter to current forum rules, see link in my signature for summary list.
