When I do a search on google, it usually gives me what im searching for, but when I press the results - i'm sent to ad-sites like www.casinocaesar.com and so on. Sometimes when I press links I also get sent to a fake google with ad-results such as viagra, loansharking, adult dvd and free stuff. Help please..

Hi dashrimp and welcome to Bleeping Computer.

You may wish to Subscribe to this thread (Options) so that you are notified when you receive a reply.

You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

Once the desktop loads please post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new HijackThis log.
