Google Chrome Version 28.0.1500.72 m disappears with reboot

Every time i reboot my computer Google Chrome stops working.  I then need to remove it and re-install it.   It says that the program doesn't work anymore befoe i re-install it.   This started a 2 weeks ago

Have you tried it with a different user account to see if that helps?

I found this video that is supposed to help. If creating a new user account doesn't work, hopefully this will. Solution starts at about 4:00.
