I'm not sure I totally understand your question.


Are you asking for information about Windows Security Essentials?  If this is the case you can read about it at Windows.  On the page that opens there is a section titled Key Features, each subsection can be clicked on to provide the information for each.


I'm not sure what you asking with "needed for faster virus troubleshooting.  Please explain in more detail.
