trojan:js/seedabutor.c keep detecting it, but i can't fully remove it...

every couple minutes(especially when using the internet) a notification will pop up from MSE that it has quarantined this Trojan. my ESET antivirus doesn't detect it at all. when this pop up from MSE happens my computer will slow or briefly freeze before hand. please help!

You should only run ONE antivirus at a time as this can result in false positives and even damage files.  Choose one or the other and uninstall the other.
