My motherboard is an Intel DG33BU which has slots for DDR2 RAM.
I am installing a  DIAMOND AMD Radeon™ HD 6450 PCIE 1GB GDDR3 Video Graphics Card

One question, will it even work?

Per Specs, you have PCI-e support, it shoudl work.
