The Event ID is 1500, the source is SNMP, and the description of the error goes like this:

The SNMP Service encountered an error while accessing the registry key SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP\Parameters\TrapConfiguration

I've gotten mixed results from Microsoft support, but the general consensus is that it has to do with User Profiles.

When I start the computer, the OS doesn't show the user accounts on the login screen - but when I log out, the user accounts are listed. How do I fix this?
