I keep getting a blue screen crash when trying to start windows normally. When in safe mode, I noticed that Microsoft security essentials had caught two Trojans named meredrop and removed them. However, I still have the same problem and I suspect that there may be more. System restore didn't help either. Tdsskiller and the normal malwarebytes didn't find anything. I tried the malwarebyes anti-rootkit and it didn't find anything, but it did say something about an empty partition(I'm not too good with computers so I don't know if that's good or bad). I'll just attach that log in case.

I keep getting a blue screen crash when trying to start windows normally. When in safe mode, I noticed that Microsoft security essentials had caught two Trojans named meredrop. However, I still have the same problem. Tdsskiller and the normal malwarebytes didn't find anything. I tried the malwarebyes anti-rootkit and it didn't find anything, but it did say something about an empty partition(I'm not too good with computers so I don't know if that's good or bad). I'll just attack that log in case.

Hello, Welcome to BleepingComputer.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Lets start with this scan.

Download correct tool for your operating system.
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (64 bit)
Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (32 bit)
and save it to a folder on your desktop.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Sorry for wasting your time. My dad got impatient with me not fixing it and forced me to perform a clean start. Thanks for trying to help though.
