I am trying to get signed on to a blog tracker to track my site. I have a meta tag and everything but it is asking about XML and I have no clue what it is and when I research it is seems as if all the advice is for people who already know a bit about it.. I know NOTHING about it at all. Please help!

Sorry. Can't help until we know

1) What blog tracker did you sign up for?

2) What meta tags?

3) What is asking about XML, and what is it 'asking' precisely.

4) What advice?

'Please help' us by actually stating the problem:

- I was trying to.......

- This is how I was dong it.

- This is what I expected to happen

- This is what really happened.

- This is what I tried.

You got the first and last question, and forgot to give us any information that will allow us to help.
