MY SYSTEM CAN'T DOWNLOAD

Hello All

 

A week ago I had my lab-top freezed at the start-up page once turn on and couldn't go further, so I thought that there must be a virus infected, then I tried to run in

the safety mode / networking to download MALWAREBYTES to have a full scanning, after fully scanned and deleted something, and started again, now I have another

problem that I can't download anything, everytime I press the download button, a frame at bottom indicating "file.....contained a virus and was deleted" I tried many times

and same warning is showing. I also tried to use "SYSTEM RESTORE" but same thing happened.

 

My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit (I'm not sure what version it is but I this lab-top in 08 (Vaio Model VGN-FW170) 

 

I would much appreciate if anyone can tell me the solution step by step as I have very limited computer knowledge.

It looks like you're infected with ZeroAccess rootkit.

 

Please follow the instructions in THIS GUIDE starting at Step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it HERE. Please include a description of your computer issues, what you have done to resolve them, and a link to this topic.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient.

NOTE 1. Use another working computer to download necessary tools and USB flash drive to transfer them to bad computer.

NOTE 2. Install Panda USB Vaccine, or BitDefender’s USB Immunizer on GOOD computer to protect it from any infected USB device.
