SuperAntiSpyware detects Trojan.Agent/gen-sefnit and I suspect there's more

Hello :)
I am in need of help from people more experienced than I in fixing my computer.
I'm not sure if Trojan.Agent/gen-sefnit is the only problem. My desktop is blocked. I can't enter anything. I can only move my cursor around, that's it. I am operating my computer in Safe mode with Networking. Here's how it all started. About 2 days ago, I decided I wanted to clean my computer of all viruses, malware and infections. So, I downloaded tons of tools, antiviruses and I don't even know what else. I found out I had Conduit malware , so I followed instructions from this site : http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-conduit-apps-search-and-toolbar/

and it looked like I cleaned it, but every time I run Hitman pro, it still finds it.

Here's the list of everything I have (I haven't tried all of them, but I have most) :
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware - Tried it. The last scan (today) didn't find anything.
Norton Antivirus - Tried it
Rkill - Tried it. It use to find 2 malicious processes. I googled how to terminate them, and rkill isn't finding it anymore. I think I removed them. I'm not sure.
Adwcleaner - Tried it
Hitman Pro - Tried it. Keeps finding something named SearchQU. I'm guessing that's what's left of Search Protect, but I have no idea if that's the case.
IObit Malware Fighter - Tried it
SuperAntiSpyware - Tried it. It found Trojan.Agent/Gen-Sefnit in C:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION\_RESTO...\A0094691.DLL. The Trojan is currently in SUPERAntiSpyware's quarantine.
Spyware Terminator 2012 - Tried it. It found nothing.
Mcafee Scan for Viruses - Tried it
Mcafee Security Center - Tried it
AVG Anti-Spyware - Tried it
Avast! Free Antivirus - Tried it
UnHack me - Had it. Tried it. Uninstalled it.
TDSS killer - Tried it. It found nothing.
Tweaking.com Windows Repair - Have it, haven't tried it.
Rogue Killer - Have it. Haven't tried it.
Ccleaner - Tried it
ESET nod32 Antivirus - Tried it
Spyware Blaster 5.0 - Using it. 
JRT - Have it, haven't tried it. I found it on a topic on this forum, I thought it would help, but I haven't used it.
So that's the list of stuff I installed. I have more downloaded, but not installed. If you recommend I delete some of these programs, I will. Also, which one of these should I keep to secure my computer.
What should I do about the Trojan and all the other malware, infections and what-not on my computer ? How can I unblock it ? I can't use it at all. Only in Safe Mode.
Which logs should I post ?

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps in the order listed.

Please run the RogueKiller tool and post the log.

Junkware Removal Tool to your Desktop.
  • Please close your security software to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or 7, right-mouse click it and select Run as administrator.
  • The tool will open and start scanning your system.
  • Please be patient as this can take a while to complete, depending on your system's specifications.
  • On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your Desktop and will automatically open.
  • Please post the contents of JRT.txt into your reply.

Please download and run this DDS Scanning Tool. Nothing will be deleted. It will just give me some additional information about your system.

Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links, if you no longer have it available. Save it to your desktop.

1: DDS.scr (Not recommended if you use Chrome to download this .scr file. Use the other options.)
2: DDS.pif

Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
Notepad will open with the results.
Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run.


Please just paste the contents of the DDS.txt log in your next post. DO NOT attach the log.

Please paste the logs in your next reply, DO NOT ATTACH THEM
Let me know what problem persists.
