What kind of instructions did you follow for clean install?

Did you place your personal files back?

:step1:  Running TDSSKiller to obtain log

Note: Don't cure or delete a threat, but choose skip for all instead.

  • Please download TDSSKiller from here and save it to your Desktop
  • Doubleclick on TDSSKiller.exe to run the application, then click on Change parameters

tds2.jpg

  • In the Additional options: Check Detect TDLFS file system
  • Click Start Scan and allow the scan process to run

tds4-1.jpg

  • Choose for all threats to Skip for all of them.
  • Click Continue
  • Please post the TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt found in your root directory (typically c:\)

===================================================

:step2: Publish a snapshot with Speccy:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/323892/publish-a-snapshot-using-speccy/#entry1797792

:step3:  Please download MiniToolBox , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

If you have received help from me and I don't have respond to you for almost >= 3 days, send me a Private Message.  :hello:

I found something interesting in the Speccy log.

You have installed Lavasoft Ad-Aware as AV, you also use it as firewall. But the Windows Firewall process is still active.

  • Start your computer in Safe mode.
  • Does the freezing now occurs?

Please also run the ESET online scanner (in normal mode), it can take some hours depend from the hard-drive capacity.

ESET Online Scanner
==================

I'd like us to scan your machine with ESET OnlineScan This process may may take several hours, that is normal.

  • Hold down Control and click on this link to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window.
  • Click the esetonlinebtn.png button.
  • For alternate browsers only: (Microsoft Internet Explorer users can skip these steps)
    • Click on esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
    • Double click on the icon on your desktop.
  • Check "YES, I accept the Terms of Use."
  • Click the Start button.
  • Accept any security warnings from your browser.
  • Under scan settings, check "Scan Archives" and » UNCHECK "Remove found threats" <== Important
  • Click Advanced settings and select the following:
    • Scan potentially unwanted applications
    • Scan for potentially unsafe applications
    • Enable Anti-Stealth technology
  • ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
  • When the scan completes, click List Threats
  • Copy and paste the information in your next reply. (If no malware was found you will not be presented with a log).
  • Click the Back button.
  • Click the Finish button.

Screen_Hunter_02_Jul_2302_16.jpgAs You can see from the picture there is no possibility for me to turn on or off adaware firewall (greyed out) so I terminated 3 adaware processes in task manager but nothing better. The PC continues to bounce between good responsiveness and total unresponsiveness (freeze). In safe mode things are better but some programs I launched were unresponsive and the only browser I used that time(chrome) showed up with a considerable delay and all six tabs did 2-3 minutes to load content.Something is definitely wrong on this PC but at the very first moments after every reformat I did things were much, much better. Now ESET is at 66% of scanning so I will post its report later...

Does the freezing mostly occur when you start a browser?

Why is this Windows XP still SP2?

The freezing occurs randomly, sometimes when I click just on a desktop icon, sometimes on quick launch or other parts of the task bar and in most cases I must reboot after that.Sometimes windows explorer freezes in the way folders and files can't be seen a minute or two (empty window with status bar telling 'finding items' and then a lamp moving right to left).Iternet browsers load unbelievably slow sometimes even don't load, web pages load for minutes but there are rare periods when loading is normal, control buttons don't freeze but sometimes don't produce any efect and there is an annoying audio issue:rustle while playing streams that increases if scrolling the web page or moving browser window or another app window.Offine video is OK.Any idea?(I formatted and this is happening again).

Here is my PC properties window:

C:\Documents and Settings\Korisnik\Local Settings\Temp\NERO14768\Toolbar.exe Win32/Toolbar.AskSBar application
C:\Documents and Settings\Korisnik\My Documents\Downloads\cdbxp_setup_4.5.2.4214.exe Win32/OpenCandy application
C:\Documents and Settings\Korisnik\My Documents\Downloads\Nepotvrđeno 212399.crdownload Win32/Adware.1ClickDownload.AN application
C:\Documents and Settings\Korisnik\My Documents\Downloads\Nepotvrđeno 227104.crdownload Win32/Adware.1ClickDownload.AN application
C:\Documents and Settings\Korisnik\My Documents\Downloads\SFInstaller_SFFZ_filezilla_8706467_.exe a variant of Win32/Bundled.Toolbar.Ask.D application
D:\Nova mapa slike1\SweetHome3D-4.1-windows-oc.exe Win32/OpenCandy application

Note if they are all deleted, clean your recycle bin.

:step2: Reboot the computer into safe mode, try somethings out. Is it now occurring too?

:step3: If the issue is not showing up in safe mode, you'll need to perform a clean boot to the determine what program is creating this issue.

filezilla is legitimate app and I am using it to upload files on my web page.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla/?source=dlp

SweetHome3D-4.1 is free architectual software.

http://www.sweethome3d.com/blog/2013/06/03/sweet_home_3d_4_1.html

cdbxp is a burning app

http://cdburnerxp.se/en/download

but I deleted these installers anyway with other selected files, the recycle bin is empty now but things still aren't better also in safe mode.Rustle noise issue is still present in safe mode.

You're correct about the Filezilla file, but your version is covered with ASK toolbar/wrapper.

Please run CrystalDiskInfo to check the hard disk.

1. Download CrystalDiskInfo Portable.

    ==> http://sourceforge.jp/projects/crystaldiskinfo/downloads/43436/CrystalDiskInfo2_7_5b.zip/

2. Unpack the program on your desktop.

3. Run it and post a screenshot from the results.
