Yes StartIsBack if you want the conventional Start button, that's the first think I installed.

You can also search these apps on Seaching Engine, like Firefox, Google, Opera, etc. I think these searching engine will give you a good anwer.

I'm using Classic Shell now and its pretty good and its free, thats if you want a Start button.
