Are you using Google Chrome to visit that page?

You didn't attach the screenshot. Try again.

I tried to attach the blue screen but bleeping computer.com said such attachements not allowed.

I tried google chrome, safari, mozilla fire fox and internet explorer also .

On all platforms that screen comes.

What's the file type (extension) of the file you are trying to attach?

An extension is like .txt for file type text document. Follow me?

Here just do this...

Go to the webpage and when the oh snap screen appears press the print screen on your keyboard.

Open Paint and click edit, paste.

Click File, Save as and choose jpeg for the extension and in location choose desktop.

Attach the .jpg to your next reply.

If you tried to simply paste an image in your post it will not work.  Try the following.

Just below the area where you write text in a post there is the Post button, to the right of this is More Reply Options

Post2_zpsf05c0430.png

When you click on More Relpy Options  you will see Attach Files and Browse, click on Browse, this will open Pictures on your computer, click on the image you made with the Snipping Tool, then click on Attach This File, then Add Reply.

I tried mozilla firefox, internet explorer, and safari

on all browsers that ah snap screen comes. but only for this particular site "mahaperiyavaa.wordpress.com"

And it is only in MY Computer.  My other friends are not troubled by this.

Perhaps if I completely format my computer and reload all programmes it may resolve the problem.

But my engineer friend says not needed.!

"ah snap" is a Google Chrome error message only.
