My issue is when i send a socument to print the a one minute to up 10 minute delay in the document print if in prints at all

All documents delayed web pages, word and pdf

I ran virus checks and no issues

This happens on and off line

Uninstall the printer, disconnect it.

Reconnect, reinstall

The print spooler sounds like it's not working properly, IMO.

Worth reading, IMO:  http://www.wikihow.com/Fix-a-Print-Spooler .
