Can anyone help with this error message I am trying to reinstall a program called swyxit but keep getting the following error message can anyone help with this and why I  am getting this error message.

Thanks I will give that a go is there also one for 64bit as well or just 32bit installed on a 64bit, the machine in question is a X64Bit Machine

Might need to do the main install and then the service pack I think.
