My computer just came back from fixing and it is all great and stuffbut I have no sound, the sound thing is with a cross. Everything is alright, these columns were tested in other computer and were just fine.

On this computer the device is not found but it is working...what can I do?

Have you check the Device Manager (assuming this is a Windows computer) to make sure there is an audio driver installed/working?
