Can't Get Rid Of Trojan.

I have this TrojanDownloader.Win32.Small.chz My Spyware scaner finds it deletes it. and when I restart my comp it's there again. then I get this little yellow circle with a black ! in it saying my comp is infected with spyware in my taskbar and it preventing me from run games because it keeps popping up a wspyware warning on the screen. why can't I get rid of this.

Win32.Small.chz includes osaupd.exe and wupdmgr.exe, both of which are known to be related to smitfraud variants such as SpyFalcon and AdwareSheriff. See here.
