Hey guys,

About 4-5 days ago, the internet on the gaming PC I built about 6 months ago started becoming really slow.  I remember doing a trial on speedtest.net right after I built it, and I got something like 25mbps down and 5 mbps up.  I tested it again after it started acting slow, and I got a shocking 0.5 mbps down (yes, zero point five) and 5 mbps up.  To compare these results, I ran speedtest on my macbook pro, from the exact same room in my house and I got something like 26mbps down and 6 mbps up.  Both the PC and the mac are using 802.11n.

I had no idea what was going on, I tried switching to google DNS, but it didn't help at all.  So out of frustration I decided to reformat, thinking it might be some sort of malware.  After the reformat, I'm getting speeds around 2-5mbps down and 2-4mbps up.  I'm absolutely puzzled.  Any suggestions?
