why is this computer so slow at this program?

i have a user that is operating a program called scala player (the process is called icdesgner.exe), when she clicks anything in this program it sits with the "thinking circle" for a while before it does anything else. 

I did run a windows performance recording on the computer, but i am not an expert at analyzing them yet. 

I am thinking maybe the page file is the culprit (or not enough memory) 

 

i uploaded a .etl file to my skydrive   in case someone here could analyze it and say im right or wrong, and if im wrong what else might bring the pc to a

If the computer has a problem only with a specific app...then, logically, the app is the problem

 

Have you tried the forum/website for this app?

the etl file which was removed is a windows performance recording,

and i was hoping for some help analyzing it, the software runs fine on other comparable machines which is what my mystery was. 

but ill try looking for help somewhere else.
