Apparently when I used Malwarebytes, it did not detect the virus, so I browsed around the internet to try and remove it.

The classic, uninstall it, along with its other programs, and removing it from the add-ons have all been done...

But it's still listed as my default browser (I would assume this, since what I usually type in the address bar would take me to my default searcher)

Even if I somehow changed my default browser, I'm worried that it's still somewhere hidden in my computer. Is there a special program I can use to completely remove it? (And not somehow damage my computer in the process?)
