Hi guys,

An executive at my office would like some work done to reduce his spam, we already have a watchgaurd hardware email scanner along with exchange settings that reduce this but alot of his spam is from newsletters or marketing people who he has either subscribed to or passed his info along.

What i'd like to do is target CAN SPAM compliant subscriptions and remove them (similar to what unroll.me does) but do this manually. I am wondering if anyone is familiar enough with the requirements of compliant email that there are certain keywords that I can search thru to target this mail.

I've read thru the law but only briefly and found the keyword targeting sexually explicit email but nothing else outside of this here:

http://www.internetlibrary.com/statuteitem.cfm?Num=19

I was hoping that someone more familiar with this law could tell me if this is an incomplete version or perhaps if the non-sexually explicit email section have a "golden rule" or keyword that will help weed out these emails

Thanks in advance,

drwmbt
