Several of the "product forums" seem to find that they are not able to handle much beyond their own program.

 

The following is a direct quote from the Norton Forum .......

so, a forum from a malware removal company, admits that its really not qualified, to look for malware and recomends us. Ironic but true. Thank you though norton, you finally did something useful. :D
