I just ran ComboFix on my wifes computer. I have used this program before with great success, however, this time something went wrong. I made sure there was no anti virus running. After the progrem ran, trying to open Firefox, Internet Exporer, Word, and every other program, elicits the message " Illegal operation on a registry key that has been marked for deletion" I don't know what went wrong, but how can I fix this? Thanks for any help........The computer is a Dell with Vista.

This is one of the reasons why we recommend not to use ComboFix on your own. There are risks involved and we would prefer it if someone is involved that knows how to resovle the arrising issues.

This being said, you're in luck. This particular issue can be resolved by a simple reboot.

is that a bird?  a plane? nooo it's the flying blueberry!
