canon pixma mx410 misaligned printing

hello everyone! i have for a year now this printer and today when we replace the cartridge stared to acting up, we hit first the page of canon support with all the trouble shooting problems and topics, and nothing hit exactly our problem, we clean the encoder film strip and nothing, we perform many test and cleaning on the menu of the printer and nothing.... all the printing come misalingned like if the paper was put incorrecty or something.


  I google every where but couldnt find a topic similar to mine. This printer is for work and school projects and it had to be today when i was printing my resume for a new job  that decided to act stupid .... any help guys , i know i have to wait but you guys always help. thank you very much in advance

If not resolved yet...try uninstalling reinstalling the printer, using downloaded drivers from the manufacturer's website.
