A "bundle" is extra software that is supplied along with a program that you wish to use, so they are installed together. It could be something like a toolbar, which is installed onto your system, unless you notice an option to refuse it. If this performs a function like monitoring your surfing habits (spying) and targeting advertizements or sending data to a third party, it would be bundled spyware.
