Hello,
is personally RogueKiller tools you need, but if you have this infection, there are certainly others, so you will be taken over for a total disinfection.

In principle, it is preferable to use safe mode.

It says you have the FBI infection yet you are not locked out of your PC?

Hello,

Use administrator privileges on an infected, no, because depending on your computer infection, it will make the party, especially the FBI, do not give the keys to your house to a thief.

What would personally:

Restart the computer in Safe mode with network support for this: before the Windows logo, tapping the F8 key, a menu will appear, select Safe Mode with network support and seconded the enter key keyboard.

Download on the desktop: http://www.sur-la-toile.com/RogueKiller/ (by tigzy) check if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit

Start RogueKiller.exe.
Wait until the prescan has finished
Run a scan from the Scan button at the top right.

Once the scan is complete, click Remove to the right.
Restart the computer, the malware must be eradicated.
"After disinfection" to secure your computer, then it is advisable to perform a scan Malwarebyte.

Note that you have called the FBI, there are several variant as an alternative Urausy, disinfection and there is more complex, and to this day I know better execute the procedure explained. Here I give you my explanation but I prefer a trained expert forum for disinfection BleepingComputer you follow

For small infection, I will give instructions, see some usage tips.

Sincerely,
