wireless connectivity issues

Hi was wondering if anyone can help me, as im pulling my hair out.


I ran malwarebytes two days ago and it removesd some tracking cookies but since then I have been unable to connect to the internet all it keeps saying in sharing center is identifying network (no network aacess). The laptop is a Samsung RV711.


Sorry for bad spelling I'm typing on my phone


P.s. I have a Xbox360, iPhone 4s, HTC one and Samsung galaxy tab 2 all connecting fine
