read/review the log file after running combo fix on my machine.

Not the first time I've run the program before, just the first time on this particular laptop and I've never had anyone tell me what all of the info meant, if I still have infected files/programs or otherwise. Can anyone review the log for me please? ( I don't want to post publicly in my post because of system identifying information)

Many thanks!!
