why does my computer shows a Form 1 on start up. computer is generally slow.

Why does my computer shows a Form 1 in task manager everytime i start my pc.

Hard to say without the name of the file. In task manager, right click on the application and select Goto process. Task manager will switch to the process tab and highlight the process name. Write down this name. Then right click on the process and select properties. Write down the location found in the General tab.
