I have a Toshiba Satellite C 660 laptop. I downloaded a tool called securable that shows that virtualization is supported but locked off by bios. But I can not find any Virtualization option in bios. Can you tell me how can I enable virtualization. My bios version is 2.00

Hi

By enabling virtualization did you mean Intel-VT feature ?

Satellite C660 is a series number and  there are a wide variety of models with different processors are available in that series.  Not all of them supports Intel-VT. Please post the exact model number written under the bottom of the laptop. We can check the official spec to see if it supports that feature.
