I have our public library on my computer. I want to take if off and reinstall. My password and user name will not work, at home it will work at library. I have no problems with any other programs just this one. Thought if I started fresh I might be able to use it again

This is my first post.

Go to add or remove programs in your control panel and uninstall it.

Do you mean...that you have a link to your public library...that formerly worked and provided access to the library files...on your computer?

I seriously doubt if you have all data files for the library stored on your computer.
