Hello everyone! May you all have superfast running computers!

Just joined in after i tried hard around the internet today to find solution to my problem. This community seems to be a veritable goldmine about computers.

Any way, I wanted to put my PC-problem (which is slow as in folders, new tab, links take time to open) here on forum. But just couldnt find

1)how to put screenshots i.e. images in my post. The image button given above doesn't accept. Sometimes it says extention not accepted on forum. I tried most extentions (jpg, tiff, png ,jpeg, bmp and what not)

2)How to attach a file. Couldn't find attach file button which is mentioned in help section

Can anyone help me regards these (through putting screenshot about screenshot :D ) and help me start on this thread?
