This keeps popping up. It's probably valid but I am confused in that it wants to update version 9.9.

 

If I right-click on 'Help' while in Internet Explorer it tells me I already have version 10. Thank You...

The only reference I found was in Dutch. I asked one of our staffers to review as I'm not always thrilled with Google translations.

It's a fake update. It was found by doing a clean startup. The guilty software was called Software Updater. They uninstalled Software Updater and the popups stopped.
